Be sure to:

• Provide .125" bleed on all edges.

• Allow .125" safety margin.

• Avoid borders along edges.

• Avoid very small or serif type.

• Create 4-color art in CMYK, not RGB. Five or more colors should be set-up as a process build.

• Specify PMS colors (if 2-color).

• Scan resolutions 300-400 dpi at 100%, and save as EPS, not tiff.

• Prepare only editable files.

• Avoid transparencies in Adobe Illustrator 9.0+.

• Avoid type features of QuarkXPress 4.0+.

• B&W or color laser proof of artwork.

• Company name, job name and artist contact for all disks provided.

• All screen and printer fonts

PRODUCTION INFO

Proofs


Faxed or e-mailed proof sent on all orders. Color proof available upon request: $50. Allow approximately 2 to 3 working days for proofing process. Artwork not sent in proper format may increase this time.

PMS Color Matches


PhoneCards are printed in 4-color process. PMS matches are available upon request; allow 2-4 weeks production time.

Voice Prompts


The recommended length is 8-10 seconds. Fax script with P.O. and we’ll have it professionally recorded (please note male or female voice preference). Voice Prompts can also be sent on cassette tape, CD, or .wav file.

Standard Packaging


PhoneCard: Bulk packed in sleeves of 500
PhoneCard with GiftCard: 500 per box; rubber band bundled in 25s
All other products are shipped bulk.
Shipping is $0.025 per item. All products shipped via FedEx 2-Day.

Rush Service


All EXPRESShip services start the morning after written approval has been received by factory, and ship 3 days later (not available for custom die-cuts).

Products that can be EXPRESShipped include the Original Phone Cards, and Stock Image Phone Cards.

Back of Card The back contains the dialing instructions along with customer service, recharging information, and the expiration date printed in black.

TECHNOLOGY INFO

Card Technology


Debiting does not begin until the cardholders reach their destination. Cardholders are not debited for ring-and-no-answer or busy signals. PhoneCards are debited in one-minute increments. Due to FCC regulations, a surcharge will be deducted from the PhoneCard each time the card is used at a payphone.

International Calling


Calls can be made to anywhere in the world from with the United States. When calling international countries, the number of minutes available changes depending on the country being called.

Payment Terms


Net 30 days. All invoices not paid within terms will be subject to deactivation of phone time and a late payment charge o f 1.5% per month.

Limited Liability


Our Company (PCE) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship if for other than normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse. All other warranties including, but not limited to, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. PCE’s obligations with respect to orders placed and / or products delivered to buyer shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products which are returned to PCE, postage pre-paid, within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping or, at PCE’s option, to a refund of the amount of the purchase price paid for products returned to PCE within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping, without any further obligation or liability on the part of PCE. In no event shall PCE be liable or responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages including, but not limited to lost profits, allegedly caused by a failure to timely deliver products, non-delivery of products or a delivery of defective or non-conforming products. No claim of any kind by buyer, however caused, shall exceed the amount of the purchase price received by PCE for the products. Failure to provide PCE with notice of any claim within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping and failure to return such products within said time shall constitute a waiver of all such claims.
