This collection consists of limited edition GTI Telecom telecards issued in 1994, each themed around the FIFA World Cup held in the United States that same year. Each card prominently displays the "GTI Telecom" logo in red along with the word "TELECARD" in gold letters on the left portion, followed by a large gradient number “10” and the word “UNITS” indicating the card’s value. The right side of each card features a stylized black and white soccer ball with a shadow below it, accompanied by the official flag of a participating nation above the ball.

Each card highlights a different country that took part in the 1994 FIFA World Cup. The country's name is printed below the soccer ball in bold, uppercase letters colored with a gradient that often matches the dominant colors of the national flag. Underneath the country name, the legend “USA 94” is printed alongside a small American flag, marking the event location and year.
