This set of five prepaid calling cards features characters and scenes from the classic comic strip "Little Orphan Annie," produced by TCM Associates, Inc. Each card showcases a different illustration from the series, with a focus on Annie, her dog Sandy, and other notable characters.

The first card displays Annie with Sandy, both looking outward with Annie resting her head on her hand. The second card depicts Professor Eon showing a blueprint of a yellow minisubmarine to Annie and Sandy. The dialogue on the card includes: "…AN TH’ MINISUB IS JUST BIG ENOUGH FOR YOU AN’ SANDY, ANNIE!" and "We … *gulp* … have t’ drive it UNDER TH’ OCEAN, PR’FESSOR EON?" highlighting a storyline involving underwater adventure.

The third card features The Asp, towering behind Annie and Sandy. Annie speaks to The Asp saying, "Er… All things considered, I’m just as glad you’re on our side, Asp!" while Sandy responds with an "Arf…". In the fourth card, Daddy Warbucks stands beside Annie and Sandy, with Daddy Warbucks gently resting his hand on Annie’s shoulder in a moment of reassurance.

The fifth card presents the character Punjab holding the magic sword of Asho-Ka, with a speech bubble reading, "The magic sword of Asho-Ka strikes fear in the hearts of all evil-doers, little Miggy!" Annie responds, "Lookin’ at you doesn’t do their hearts any good either, Punjab!" The cards carry copyright marks © TMS and prominently feature the "Annie" title logo. Each card states its prepaid calling value ranging from $3 to $5 on the top left corner, accompanied by the phrase "PREPAID CALLING CARD."
