This collectible prepaid phone card features the Quarter Bears™ Pennsylvania 1787 design. The card prominently displays two views of a yellow bean bag bear. The front view of the bear shows the words "PENNSYLVANIA 1787" embroidered on its chest, along with the number "2." The bear’s left foot has an embroidered American flag, while the right foot displays a distinct Pennsylvania emblem. The back view of the bear features a patch resembling the Pennsylvania state coat of arms.
