This collectible prepaid phone card features the "Quarter Bears™ Georgia 1788" theme. The main image depicts a plush bear toy from the Quarter Bears™ collection. The bear is light peach in color and has the year "1999" on its right ear tag. On its chest, it displays "GEORGIA 1788" with the number "4" below it.
