This complete set of twelve collectible PhonePak 1996 $10 phone cards features prominent NASCAR drivers, each presented in a portrait style against a textured red background with their last names prominently displayed at the top in large gold text. Each card prominently displays a $10 denomination in red near the lower center, alongside the PhonePak Racing logo and the Finish Line Racing logo at the bottom. The set includes images of the following drivers: Elliott, Gordon, Bodine, Irvan, Labonte (two different cards), Martin (two different cards), Rudd, Schrader, Wallace, and Waltrip.

The cards highlight detailed depictions of the NASCAR drivers primarily from the shoulders up, with each driver looking off to the side or directly forward. Notable sponsors are visible on their racing suits, hats, or jackets. For example, Bill Elliott's card shows him in a red race suit featuring logos such as Coca Cola, McDonald's, Moco, and several other automotive and consumer brands. Terry Labonte’s cards display him in both a white shirt with an Interstate Batteries logo and in a black jacket. Mark Martin’s cards capture him wearing a yellow Kodak shirt and black sunglasses, as well as a winter jacket with a baseball cap that displays the logo "Valvoline Racing." Similarly, Darrell Waltrip's card shows him in a racing suit branded with Havoline.
