These five collectible phone cards were issued for the 16th National Sports Collectors Convention held in St. Louis in 1995. Each card features a color action photograph of a famous athlete engaged in their sport, with "Sprint 20 Minutes" printed vertically on a reddish-brown textured band along the left side. The event name "16th National Sports Collectors Convention St. Louis 1995" appears in green foil text near the top right of each card. The bottom area of the card contains the athlete’s name in a white block font against the reddish-brown background, with the Classic logo in green and gold in the lower right corner.

The baseball card shows Barry Bonds in mid-stride, dressed in a gray baseball uniform with black and orange trim. He wears black sunglasses and a black helmet with an orange bat logo on the front. Bonds is holding a baseball glove with an orange wristband on his left hand, looking upward.

The football cards represent three different players: Ki-Jana Carter in a white uniform with navy blue numbers and black elbow pads; he is carrying a football while running. Marshall Faulk appears in a white San Diego State Aztecs uniform with the number 28, orange helmet with the Aztecs logo, and is holding a football, looking toward the field.

Two basketball cards portray Shaquille O’Neal in a white “Shaq” numbered 32 jersey, jumping toward the basket to block a shot against a defender wearing a dark blue jersey numbered 32. Joe Smith is depicted wearing a white and red Maryland jersey with the number 32, grasping the basketball during a contest near the basket, with other players and crowd in the background. Each card vividly captures the athletes in their sport during competitive moments.
