This set of twelve collectible phone cards from 7-Eleven features prominent Major League Baseball players from 1996, each card marked as part of the "Classic" Collector Series 1 of 12 through 12 of 12. Each card includes the 7-Eleven logo at the bottom alongside the words "PHONE CARD" and the player's facsimile autograph in white near the bottom center of the card. The cards showcase action shots of players in uniform during gameplay.

The players featured in this series are Carl Ripken Jr. of the Baltimore Orioles in a fielding pose, Frank Thomas of the Chicago White Sox in a batting follow-through stance, Hideo Nomo of the Los Angeles Dodgers mid-pitch with jersey number 16 visible, Jeff Conine of the Florida Marlins stepping into a swing, and Ken Griffey Jr. of the Seattle Mariners prepared to bat. Additional players include Greg Maddux of the Atlanta Braves in pitching motion, Wade Boggs of the New York Yankees fielding, Ivan Rodriguez of the Texas Rangers in full catcher gear, Barry Bonds of the San Francisco Giants holding a bat while walking, Kirby Puckett of the Minnesota Twins running between bases, Mo Vaughn of the Boston Red Sox batting, and Tony Gwynn of the San Diego Padres swinging a bat mid-swing.

Each card prominently displays the team logos in the top left corner with the player's name styled vertically below. The uniform colors, logos, and baseball gear clearly identify each athlete and their respective teams.
