This collectible AT&T prepaid phone card features the Quarter Bears™ design themed around Montana, the 41st state admitted to the United States in 1889. The front of the card showcases two blue teddy bears side by side. The bear on the left faces forward, displaying a golden "Montana State 41" emblem on its chest and holding a small American flag on its right paw. The bear on the right is turned away, revealing a colorful patch that features the Montana state seal on its back.

To the right of the bears is an image of the 2007 Montana state quarter from the U.S. Mint’s 50 State Quarters program. The coin depicts a bison skull along with the text "MONTANA 1889" and "BIG SKY COUNTRY."
