Description:

The collectible item is a commemorative prepaid phone card featuring the Quarter Bears™ Washington 1889 theme. The card background is dark magenta with two green plush bears prominently displayed. The bear on the left wears a small yellow "2007" on its ear and "WASHINGTON 42" embroidered on its chest. It holds an American flag patch on its left paw and has "E PLURIBUS UNUM" with the number "200" embroidered on its right paw. The bear on the right shows the seal of the state of Washington, dated 1889, embroidered on its back.
