This collectible phone card is from the Singapore Taisei International Coin, Stamp & Phonecard Convention (STICC), held in Singapore City from February 24 to 26, 1995. The card has a bright red background and displays "STICC $8" prominently in blue and white lettering at the top right. Beneath this is the full name of the convention along with the location and dates in white text.
