These three collectible AT&T Teleticket phone cards each feature the character E.T. from the film "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial," wrapped in a white blanket and perched in a bicycle basket set against a cosmic, outer space background. The image shows E.T. raising one finger, a notable gesture from the movie. Each card includes the Universal Studios Hollywood Florida logo below the denomination.

The cards have denominations of 10, 25, and 50 units respectively, with the unit number prominently displayed on the left side of each card. The 10 units card uses a red color scheme with horizontal stripes behind the denomination, the 25 units card uses a blue color scheme with similar horizontal stripes, and the 50 units card uses a purple color scheme with matching horizontal stripes.
