This set of five Star Trek AT&T PrePaid Cards features collectible calling cards with images from the various Star Trek television series. Each card is marked with a prepaid value of 15, 30, 60, or 100 minutes and is branded with AT&T and Star Trek logos on a yellow-orange background stripe on the right.

The top left card has a 100-minute value and depicts Spock and Captain James T. Kirk from the original Star Trek series. The top right 100-minute card shows Commander Data alongside Lieutenant Worf from Star Trek: The Next Generation. On the middle left, a 30-minute card features Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Counselor Deanna Troi from The Next Generation. The middle right card shows Seven of Nine from Star Trek: Voyager with a 60-minute value. The bottom card presents Captain James T. Kirk in green Starfleet uniform with a 15-minute value.

All cards have "Star Trek AT&T PrePaid Card" text prominently along the left side and include the AT&T logo on the right side. The images clearly show iconic Star Trek characters from the Original, Next Generation, and Voyager series, making this collection a tribute to multiple Star Trek eras.
