This is a complete set of six limited edition TeleCHIP collectible phone cards from 1996, produced by Strategic Telecom Systems, Inc. (STS). They were created to proudly sponsor Ronald McDonald House Charities, specifically featuring Ronald McDonald House Hawaii. Each card is a round TeleCHIP displaying vibrant artwork of McDonald's characters and themes associated with the Ronald McDonald House Hawaii initiative. The cards each show a denomination of "5 Minutes" for usage.

The set includes various colorful designs, each with a distinctive character or symbol linked to McDonald's: one features Grimace on a purple background; another shows Birdie the Early Bird on a pink background. The other cards highlight additional McDonald’s themes, such as Ronald McDonald and the Ronald McDonald House Hawaii logo featuring a house with a rainbow and palm tree. The front of each card also displays the text “Ronald McDonald House Hawaii” prominently.

The reverse side of each TeleCHIP includes the text "Limited Edition TeleCHIP," the year "1996," a toll-free dialing number (1-800-248-8752), the phrase "Follow Voice Instructions," and a unique Cable & Wireless, Inc. authorization number in red. The mintage is set at 1,500 for each card, and the entire six-card set’s presentation includes a Lucite holder with a central medallion stating the limited mintage and highlighting the role of STS in sponsoring McDonald's Children's Charities. This set is a collectible item combining telecommunications and charitable support themes.
