This set features 12 different collectible phone cards issued by the State of Kuwait, Ministry of Communications. Each card varies in design and denomination, showing a broad range of Kuwaiti culture, landmarks, and commercial themes. The cards have values printed in Kuwaiti Dinar (K.D.) ranging from 1 to 10.

The collection includes cards with striking photographic and graphic images. One card displays a black silhouette world map on a white background with rate information for calls between 7 P.M. and 7 A.M., and 24 hours on Fridays and holidays. Another card features two white camels close together, while a third depicts traditional Kuwaiti wooden fishing boats docked at "The Fishery Dock." A nighttime image of Kuwait Towers with fireworks tremendously highlights the skyline on one of the cards.

Other cards showcase natural and cultural themes such as "Kuwait Desert Flowers," an old Kuwaiti mosque with palm-frond mats arranged on the floor, and an image of burning oil fields emitting dark black smoke. A commercial card advertising Samsonite brand luggage includes a silver briefcase along with contact information for Morad Y. Behbehani. Another corporate-inspired card promotes "United Gloss" and "Kuwait Aluminium" companies with their logos and contact details. A card illustrating a sunset over a seaside vista features wooden fishing poles in the water. A final card highlights a stylized engine with an oil droplet, marked "SG 10 K.D." and promoting "Kuwait Export Oil."

All cards include bilingual text in Arabic and English identifying the issuing authority as the State of Kuwait, Ministry of Communications. The cards are magnetic and stored value phone cards used for telecommunications.
